What are credits?
Credits pay for the AI features. One message to the AI assistant uses 25 credits, an editing brief 100 (+50 for each extra hour of raw), AI motion graphics for a reel 30, the reel finder 200 per hour of recording, an AI B-roll clip (a 5-second video) 300–600 depending on the model, and Edit for me (the AI edits the whole reel) 250 for a reel up to 75 seconds. If an AI job fails, its credits come back automatically.
Does 4reel upload my videos?
No. Your videos stay on your Mac. Transcription, editing and export run on your computer. AI features send only the text they need (for example the transcript and your brief) to our server and our AI provider to create the answer.
Which languages does it support?
Hebrew (with a dedicated Hebrew speech model), English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Dutch, Polish, Hindi and Japanese.
What do I need to run it?
A Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) on a recent version of macOS. The first time you transcribe, 4reel downloads its speech model once.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans renew monthly until you cancel, and you can cancel whenever you like. Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days — see the refund policy.
Who handles the payment?
Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles payment questions and refunds.
